These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Law Insights (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Law Insights provides legal consulting services including but not limited to:

  • Company establishment (PT, CV, PT Perorangan)
  • Business licensing and OSS registration
  • Contract drafting and contract review
  • Legal compliance advisory
  • Business legal consultation

All services are provided based on client requests and applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

2. No Legal Guarantee of Outcome

While we provide professional legal assistance based on experience and applicable regulations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

  • Approval of business licenses
  • Government processing times
  • Third-party or regulatory decisions

Final decisions remain under the authority of relevant government institutions and/or third parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit required documents in a timely manner
  • Ensure legality of all submitted data and business activities
  • Review all documents before final submission or execution

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid according to the agreed service package or invoice.
  • Work will begin after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless stated in a separate agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All information and documents shared with Law Insights will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Law Insights shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses or indirect damages
  • Regulatory changes affecting ongoing processes
  • Delays caused by government or third-party institutions
  • Decisions made by clients based on our consultation

Our role is strictly advisory and service-based.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and documents provided by Law Insights remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients are granted usage rights only for internal business purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party systems (e.g., OSS, government platforms). We are not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policies of such external systems.

9. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or update services
  • Adjust pricing or packages
  • Update processes in accordance with legal changes

Clients will be informed of significant changes where applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures in Indonesia.
